Slovakije houdt voor een half jaar de voorzittershamer van de EU in de hand. Uitgerekend van Slovakije wordt verwacht een compromis een dictaat op tafel te leggen over de ‘vluchtelingen’verdeling in de lidstaten.
Op 6 juli werd de Slovaakse premier Finco in de EU-praatbarak de levieten gelezen door Gianni Pitella, een invasievoorstander Hij vindt dat de nieuwe voorzitter het woord ‘welkom‘ moet leren gebruiken en toepassen.
Hongarije houdt in het najaar een referendum over de opvang van asielzoekers. De uitslag is nu al bekend, meent de importminister van het G.H.Luxemburg. “Maar,” zo waarschuwt hij, “stel je even voor dat elk land dat zou doen? Dan kunnen we onze boutique – wat de ‘waarden’ aangaat, sluiten..”. Correcte analyse. Niet alleen wat de zgn. ‘waarden’ betreft. En daarom wil de EUSSR liefst alle referenda verbieden. Je ziet wat ervan komt als je de onderontwikkelde man-met-de-pet een stem geeft!
De Slovaakse binnenminister verklaart monkelend: ‘We werken nu juist aan de opname van de eerste 10 (tien) ‘vluchtelingen’. Het eerste gezin zou in de volgende weken kunnen aankomen. We zijn er dus mee begonnen.”
In Brussel wordt met wantrouwen gekeken naar het Slowaakse voorzitterschap.
